TERRACE AT GREENRIVER
I created a third beverage program, for a seasonal terrace lounge, situated on the 18th floor of the downtown Chicago Northwestern Medical building where GreenRiver is located
This menu was developed around the leisure of the aperitif. A beverage that is softer in proof, but full in flavor. A drink that is delicious when it is richest, just poured over ice, and has room to evolve as the ice melts and gradually chills the cocktail as conversations pitter patter across the air.
